GOLD PERFORMANCE SUPER DRILL 100
GOLD PERFORMANCE SUPER DRILL 100 is formulated with specially selected mineral oils & special additives i.e. active sulphur, staining, high performance gun drilling oils for ferrous metals. Because these are active, sulfurized gun drilling oils, they should not be used when machining yellow metals including brass, bronze and copper.
USE: Gold Performance Super Drill 100 can be used in the following applications: Gun drill Operations, Boring, Milling, Thread Rolling, Screw Machines, Broaching, Reaming, Tapping, and Turning & Threading.

GOLD STRAIGHT/NEAT CUT OIL
GOLD STRAIGHT/NEATCUT oils are intended for lubrication and cooling of metal surface during metal cutting operations. “Neat” cutting oils are different from” soluble cutting oils in that the former is immiscible with water. Cutting Oils containing ‘free’ sulfur would not be suitable for non-ferrous metals in view of the staining of the later.
Cutting oils intended for non-ferrous metals are mineral oils with or without added fatty oil and the fatty oil may also be sulphurised in order to provide extreme pressure. Properties but does not contain any free sulfur.

GOLD PERFORMANCE GEAR CUT 32
GOLD PERFORMANCE GEAR CUT 32 is formulated with ester & high saturated base oil. These oils contain a sulphurized fatty material, which improves oiliness property thus providing better surface finish. The product is specially designed for heavy cutting operations like Gear Cutting and Gear Hobbing of Carbon Steel & Alloy steels.

GOLD CUT S01
GOLD CUT S01 is semi-synthetic cutting fluid that is completely water-soluble. It is supplied as a concentrate that consists of carefully selected rust preventive additives and other performance improvers in a water solution. The concentrate should be diluted in the ratio of 2- 5% in water. The resultant solution provides exceptional antirust & cooling properties when used in grinding and other high speed machining operations. It is highly resistant to bacterial attack and provides long life in use.
RECOMANDED CONCENTRATION:-
- Normal Machining operation- 4% to 5%
- Difficult Machining operation- 10%
- Grinding operation- 2% to 4%

GOLD SOLUBLE CUT
GOLD SOLUBLE CUT oils are specially compounded emulsifying cutting oil composed of petroleum oil and special emulsifiers. It mixes readily with hot or cold water. It forms homogenous and exceptionally stable emulsions, which show no apparent separation after long period of user or storage. It also incorporates special biocides to increase coolant life and prevent unpleasant odors experienced as a result of bacterial infection. Meet the specification requirements of IS1115-1986 and DEFSTAN 91-23/1 (Grade ZX-1).
DIRECTION FOR USE
- Always add oil to water and never the other way
- Use of low hardness(<100ppm), Low chlorides(<30ppm) water
- Never add product directly to the sump. Add in the emulsion form
- Always clean the sump thoroughly before a fresh charge
